Meet the Egg Whisperer

Although Dr. Aimee is based in California’s Bay Area, she has heard story after story from women and couples from all over the world about their struggles in trying to conceive.    In her attempt to prevent more of these heartbreaking stories, she has gone on a mission to promote “fertility awareness”. Her hope is to empower women, making them more aware of their personal fertility levels and allowing them to be better educated about their options. Never again does she want to hear “If I had known 10 years ago that my egg reserves were running low, I would have done things differently”.  In 2014, she launched her mission by hosting “Egg Freezing Parties”.  These parties offer women a chance to learn more about their fertility and ask their questions in a comfortable, safe environment with like-minded women.

Shortly after hosting the first party, Egg freezing soon became a top buzz word.  Local and international magazines, television programs and social media have submitted requests for interviews and opportunities to cover the parties.  Now, people across the country (and world!) are asking if she can host an Egg Freezing Party in their city.

Another part of Dr. Aimee’s fertility awareness mission is to offer an “Egg Whisperer Fertility Awareness Panel” that is easily accessible to any woman who is curious about her current fertility status.  This panel would offer women information about their egg reserves now……not 10 years from now when it could be too late and their options limited.

We applaud you for taking this initial step in learning more about your fertility.  Our belief is true family planning should include knowledge about your fertile potential regardless of where you are in your timeline of starting a family.

We’ve designed this process especially for you to help make it as easy as 1, 2, 3 by putting together the Egg Whisperer Fertility Awareness Panel.  This panel will help us evaluate fertility sensitive hormones through a blood test on Cycle Day 3, the 3rd day of your period.

You can register for this panel  and then simply wait for your  period to start.  See here for commonly asked questions about the test.

Because we view family planning as a wholistic process, there are other panels to consider which will give you even more information about your genetics:

Carrier Screening for inherited genetic disorders: these are conditions you would have inherited from your parents and could potentially pass on to your children.

Fertility Gene testing: gene mutations that have been observed to directly or indirectly cause infertility.

If you are interested in either learning more about these test, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you in answering your questions or scheduling you for your blood draw.
